Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: All standard shipping is FREE! Only a small handling fee of .35 per costume is charged. Extra charges will apply to all add-ons, color changes, exchanges, late orders, special orders and items shipped to residential addresses.
Q: When should I place my order with Ferreira to make sure my costumes arrive on time?
A: Our costumes have always shipped on time! Here are our 2007-08 ship dates.
Q: Can I have my orders delivered any sooner?
A: Of course! However a "Rush" fee of 10% per week is charged for any items that ship prior to our regular ship dates.
Q: What is Ferreira's Exchange policy?
A: We do not accept returns. If there is a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace the item however items cannot be exchanged for a refund. Exchanging items because of incorrect size ordering must be arranged by calling our office for an "Exchange Number." Orders returned to our warehouse without an "Exchange Number" will be refused and returned to sender. Exchanges must occur prior to the next availiable ship date and will be charged an additiional $17.50 per costume.

Q: I have heard a lot about Ferreira's New Wide Girth Sizes, how do they differ in size from your standard sizes?
A: Today, there are more dancers with wider girths than ever before. To save a lot of time and expense making alterations, we have developed an additional size chart so that you can order each item to arrive with a perfect fit.
Q: Can I order a color not shown in the catalog?
A: Color changes are allowed for 10 or more pieces of the same style. The charge for color changes is $4.00 per item plus shipping. Exchanges are not allowed on items ordered with a color change, even for wrong size ordering. Items cannot be returned for refund.
Q: Are the accessories shown with the costumes in the catalog included?
A: Each item comes with a hairpiece and all accessories shown are included unless specifically stated otherwise.

Payment Questions?
Q: When do I have to pay for my costumes?
A: All orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped. Orders can be placed with a 50% deposit with the balance due on or before the designated ship date. If you wish to receive your order prior to the published shipping schedule, please state so when placing your order. When paying by credit card, the order billing information must match the credit card billing information. When using a business check, please allow for a 10 day business delay before the order will be placed into production. If an order arrives with a check payment and there is not enough time for the check to clear, the order wil be held for the next production batch and will not be shipped on the original shipping date specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard, business checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment options.
